All services are provided subject to a separate project agreement or quotation outlining scope, pricing, and timelines.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may be subject to change due to product availability, supplier changes, or client-requested modifications. All quotes are GST-inclusive unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. A deposit may be required before work commences. Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay on time may result in delays, additional charges, or suspension of services.

5. Warranty & Support

All installed products are covered under manufacturer warranties. We also provide workmanship guarantees in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

Support packages may be available for ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and remote monitoring. Details are provided during project handover.

6. Site Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property and disclose any relevant site-specific requirements. Delays caused by restricted access, third-party contractors, or safety hazards may impact project timelines and costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Andrew Tall Automated Living and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

You agree to use all systems and technologies at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Cancellations & Changes

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Any incurred costs or non-refundable deposits may still be payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled under New Zealand jurisdiction.
